Orders & pricing
- All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; GST is itemised at checkout.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or an approved purchase order for eligible B2B accounts).
- Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.
Customization & e-proofs
- Customized (branded) goods are produced as per the e-proof/mockup you confirm; please review it carefully.
- Customized goods are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects or proof mismatches (see the Refund Policy).
- You confirm you own, or are licensed to use, any logo or artwork you upload, and you grant us the right to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order.
Intellectual property
All website content — catalogues, images, text and design — belongs to Uponyx or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to that claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
