Uponyx (Tankar Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) ("we", "us", "Uponyx") operates uponyx.in and its sub-stores. • Identity & contact data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, company name and GSTIN (for B2B orders).
• Order & transaction data: products ordered, customization artwork you upload, quotes, invoices and payment status (we do NOT store full card details — payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant gateway).
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies (see "Cookies" below).

How we use your data

• To process orders, quotations, customization proofs, shipping and returns.
• To issue tax invoices and meet GST and e-invoicing obligations.
• To provide customer support and send transactional updates (order, dispatch, payment).
• With your consent, to send marketing communications — you may opt out at any time.

Sharing & disclosure

• Payment gateways, logistics/courier partners, and cloud/email/communication providers strictly to fulfil your order.
• Tax and government authorities where required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

Data retention

We retain personal and transaction data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required by tax, accounting and other applicable laws.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below.

Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
