Dispatch timelines
- Ready-stock items: dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Customized / made-to-order items: dispatched after artwork approval and production, typically 4–7 business days; exact timelines are shown on each product and confirmed in your quotation.
Shipping coverage & charges
- We ship across India. Shipping is calculated at checkout or quoted for bulk orders based on weight, dimensions and destination.
- Bulk and palletised shipments may move by surface freight; transit times vary by location.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking number (AWB) by email/WhatsApp, and can track the order from your account.
Delivery & damages
- Please inspect the shipment on delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and notify us within 48 hours with photographs.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by you.
